Operations Manager
We are looking for an Operations Manager to manage all aspects of
Procurement, Supply Chain Management and Customer Order Management for all
Galazar products. The Operations Manager will be responsible for third-party
customer and supplier relationships, production planning, logistics and
order fulfillment. This position will also develop and maintain systems and
processes to support supply operations and meet Galazar's quality standards
and production metrics. The Operations Manager will be the primary corporate
interface with other Galazar departments.
We are looking for an individual with the following attributes, experience
and qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years experience in outsourced semiconductor manufacturing,

Regional Account Manager - China
The Account Manager will support a designated territory and be responsible for developing, implementing, and revising strategies to win specific customer accounts. The Account Manager will work closely with PLM to prioritize accounts, build customer intelligence, and identify product opportunities for Galazar products. The Account Manager will identify customer needs, propose viable solutions, and propose win-win business transactions that support long-term business needs of both Galazar and our customers. Exact location for this position is to be determined based on candidate location(s).
We are looking for individuals with the following experience:
- Minimum 10 years experience in telecom and/or datacom markets, with a minimum of 5 years direct sales experience in the territory
- Experience closing deals, and managing sales cycles with telecom/datacom equipment companies
- Demonstrated experience selling to major accounts worldwide.
- Proven background meeting or exceeding design win and revenue targets.
- Contacts within the telecom/datacom equipment customer base at all levels of the organization
- Hands-on experience in the communications infrastructure industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop win-win strategies
- Demonstrated background growing strategic relationships to help drive revenue growth.

Technical Qualifications
- University Degree in Computer Science or Electrical engineering
- 3+ years of software development experience in Networking/Telecom products
- Device Driver Experience
- Excellent C programming skills and strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge of GR-253, G.709, G.707, G.783, 802.3ah
- RTOS knowledge especially Linux and VxWorks
- Knowledge of TDM Encapsulation a bonus
